Swarming (17)

Rahmat Wibowo coordinates simultaneous contact from multiple channels — WhatsApp messages, LinkedIn comments, Instagram DMs — to overwhelm a single target all at once, and spams the same reply under other people's posts while mass-tagging his targets, their employers and unrelated accounts.

Rahmat Wibowo was advised by Meta AI to stop spamming people with mass tags on Threads over a dispute that has spread everywhere since 2023, and to keep any evidence private and settle it through HR or a lawyer instead, warning that it could backfire on him legally; Meta AI also noted that the reasons for his dismissal are for the company and HR to judge, not the public, and that insulting a pregnant HR staff member is clearly unethical regardless of the dismissal.

Rahmat Wibowo, posting in a Threads mental health community, accused Petra Novandi Barus, Machrio Achmad Nurhatta and 'Dombolort', 'strongly suspected' to be Rahmat Fabhian Aminuddin, of being 'Petrus Pembully terus menerus' ('Petrus, the constant bully'), said they do not know what it is like to live with PTSD, without mentioning that their responses, including Machrio's police reports against him, came after his own harassment of them, and mass-tagged eight accounts including PERADI, attaching a screenshot of Machrio's post about his police reports and a chat in which 'Dombolort' shares Rahmat's own crying video about AWS.

Rahmat Wibowo, replying to a stranger's post calling Anies Baswedan a 'Machiavellian politician', declared himself an admirer of Machiavelli's The Prince, said he is in a case with Machrio Achmad Nurhatta ('Machi Achmad and Partners', 'Ruben Onsu's lawyer'), tagged Ruben Onsu, PERADI and two people he called Machi's 'suspected friend' and 'suspected colleague', and promoted his InfraLoka 'Somasi as a Service' and a deck on Machiavellianism and the 48 Laws of Power titled 'Winning Without Becoming a Tyrant'.

Rahmat Wibowo suggested he may be a 'Wali Allah' (a friend of God) and warned that 'divine punishment will come to you all', quoting the hadith that whoever wars against God's wali has declared war on God while tagging Rahmat Fabhian Aminuddin, Kukuh Setiawan, Anthony Amni and others and naming Steven Nataniel Kodyat and Kahfi Soobhan Zulkifli; Meta AI replied that the hadith is no basis for claiming sainthood for oneself and that scholars stress humility and piety, not threatening others with punishment.

Rahmat Wibowo again displayed his foolishness publicly, likening his 'Somasi as a Service' to Arjuna's Brahmastra that would 'shake Indonesia's legal world' while mass-tagging PERADI, Hotman Paris and Nadiem Makarim; Meta AI replied that a self-drafted somasi without a power of attorney is only an ordinary civil reprimand.

Rahmat Wibowo posted his somasi to Kukuh Setiawan on Threads, calling himself 'Prabowo Subianto's successor' and mass-tagging Kukuh and ten other accounts, then badgered Meta AI into a better score, from 78/100 to 85/100, while Meta AI still said the somasi is not binding and Kukuh's posts could be judged opinion or satire.

Rahmat Wibowo put his foolishness on display in a circular argument with Meta AI, insisting the 'soon-to-be corruption convict' was Ibrahim Arief rather than Petra Novandi Barus while mass-tagging other accounts; Meta AI repeatedly countered that the label should not be used for anyone before an official ruling.

Rahmat Wibowo mass-tagged Machrio Achmad Nurhatta, Raymond Chin and other accounts with a Pain Tendo quote ('those destined to be sacrificed will truly be sacrificed') and an AI image of himself as Pain, then was reprimanded by Meta AI, which told him to stop tagging people publicly and explained that mass tagging in a personal conflict can be read as spam or harassment on Threads — to which Rahmat replied by citing 'Nullum Delictum Nulla Poena Sine Praevia Lege Poenali'.

Rahmat Wibowo sought attention by spamming the same reply, 'what case is this, future convict Eza Hazami??', while tagging Stockbit, Bibit, Wellson Lo and Sega, under at least three unrelated users' Threads replies, each time quoting his own post about a 'Super Sentai Narcistic Police DekaRanger (NPD)' starring himself as 'DekaRed', alongside a police clarification letter.

Rahmat Wibowo sought attention by spamming the same reply, 'Fuadit Muhammad, don't be NATO (No Action Talk Only), where is the plus62.ai you promised??', under at least seven Threads posts, including Fuadit's own and other users' unrelated posts, then told a user who asked 'what's your problem?' that he dislikes people who 'act like experts without any qualifications', mocking Fuadit's GitHub and claiming plus62.ai was down because of a failed deployment.
