InfraLoka: Rahmat Wibowo's Startup

What InfraLoka says it is, what its blog is actually used for, and the record of the CEO who runs it.

Warning: If you are currently considering doing business with InfraLoka, please take your time to read this site and understand the person who runs it before making your business decision.

Rahmat Wibowo calls himself the CEO of InfraLoka, a startup he co-founded under the company PT Infrastruktur Digital Nusantara. This page sets out what InfraLoka claims to be, what it is actually used for, and the record of the man who runs it. Every point links to an evidence entry or document on this site, taken from Rahmat Wibowo’s own posts.

1. What InfraLoka claims to be

InfraLoka presents itself as a legal-tech and AI company:

  • “SOMASI as a Service”, a “legal notice automation platform” that drafts legal notices (somasi) automatically, which Rahmat likens to Arjuna’s Brahmastra that would “shake Indonesia’s legal world” (ev-20261017-006), including “multilingual” notices for “cross-border” disputes (ev-20260613-010, ev-20260608-002).
  • “Infraloka Legal Research”, the letterhead he uses on his own complaints, such as the one to the bar association against advocate Machrio Achmad Nurhatta (doc-20260816-001).
  • “AEGIS — Academic Examiner & Guardian of Intellectual Standards”, the name under which its blog publishes “legal risk analyses”, “verdict predictions” and “investigative reports” (doc-20260808-001).
  • Public policy: a letter to President Prabowo on the free-meals programme under the company’s name, presented as “evidence-based analysis” (ev-20260615-003).
  • The best company in its field: a “comparative analysis” in which InfraLoka is “the only company” whose founder’s credentials and product quality are “objectively verifiable”, based largely on a PageSpeed score of its own website (ev-20260622-016).

When Meta AI looked at the “SOMASI as a Service” page, it noted that a self-drafted somasi without a lawyer’s power of attorney is only an ordinary civil reprimand (ev-20261017-006).

2. What InfraLoka is actually used for

Rahmat Wibowo uses InfraLoka’s blog, infraloka.co.id/blog, mainly to publish defamatory content about the people he targets, dressed up as research. 61 evidence entries on this site come from that blog, naming 37 different people. Examples:

  • “Legal risk analyses” and “verdict predictions” against the anonymous account @KawalRahmatwi and the people who reposted it, predicting prison and billions of rupiah in damages (ev-20260728-039), and against Aurelia Vizal (ev-20260728-006), Eza Hazami (ev-20260728-053) and Luca Cada Lora (ev-20260728-010).
  • “Study cases” branding named people as frauds, bullies or hypocrites: the “Phantom CEO” article on Abigail Aryaputra Sudarman, Muhammad Alif Ramadhan and Marchel Shevchenko (ev-20260728-009); the KORIKA leadership (ev-20260728-001); Fransiskus Febryan Suryawan and Samsung R&D Institute Indonesia (ev-20260728-007); Ibrahim Arief (ev-20260728-012); and AWS Indonesia’s country manager and HR staff (ev-20260728-021).
  • An “AEGIS” business proposal to collect criminal defamation fines from the people who reposted posts about him, with the platform taking 5% of every fine (doc-20260808-001).
  • An AI-written post attacking Ibrahim Arief’s startup Vindica, which Rahmat boasts outranks Vindica on Google (ev-20261023-001).

His legal notices follow the same pattern: a notice in Traditional Chinese accusing Rahmat Fabhian Aminuddin of stalking, which he says InfraLoka’s “AI legal infrastructure” produced (ev-20260608-002), and a batch of somasi in August 2026 over a handful of posts, copied to the recipients’ employers or universities, several of them demanding Rp533 million (doc-20260828-001, doc-20260828-004, doc-20260828-005, doc-20260828-006).

Nothing he has published shows a paying customer. The one documented pitch, to a Singapore investor group, ended with him being removed from the group (ev-20260611-004).

3. The CEO’s track record

Before InfraLoka, Rahmat Wibowo did not last long in any job:

  • AWS Indonesia, 2023. Before he had been there a month, he bragged that his seniors had already called him in over his attitude and told him to “earn trust and learn to hold back at the office” (ev-20230907-001). He was let go during his probation, five weeks after he started. The company later stated that he had been given verbal warnings many times (doc-20260908-001). In the same weeks he cursed a pregnant colleague’s unborn child and posted a poll asking his followers which of four female colleagues to “love” (ev-20230901-001, ev-20230901-002).
  • Three probations, three dismissals. He was let go three times before completing a three-month probation (ev-20261002-002), including at Liven (PT Nomnie Technologies Indonesia) (ev-20260604-008), and his contract with PT CreateIT Solution Indonesia (zvoove) was ended early (ev-20260504-004).
  • Every dismissal becomes a dispute. Each employer is then accused of breaking the law, and in AWS’s case of crimes carrying prison terms (doc-20260908-001). At the labour mediation, his own handwritten claim came down to whether he got 7 working days’ or 7 calendar days’ notice (doc-20260806-002).
  • Removed from professional communities. He has been removed from alumni and industry groups such as the IAIF ITB community (ev-20260608-001, ev-20260531-003), and then accused the admins of abuse of power.

4. A CEO who spends his days online

Running a company does not seem to take much of his time:

  • 210 evidence entries in June 2026 alone, an average of seven posts a day worth documenting, and more than 60 in October 2026.
  • A 16-post thread within about two hours, asking Meta AI over and over why AWS fired him three years ago and tagging Jeff Bezos and Andy Jassy (ev-20261027-001), followed within the hour by more posts on the same theme (ev-20261027-002, ev-20261027-003).
  • A 1,210-page “analysis” of 839 of Ibrahim Arief’s posts, in which he asked how Ibrahim could be “so active online in working hours” (ev-20261025-001).
  • Bragging about his reach: an AI poster of himself as Arjuna listing his view counts on Threads, Instagram, LinkedIn and X (ev-20261027-003).
  • Dropping into trending topics that have nothing to do with him, such as “ITB Ultra Marathon 2026” and “Malaysia Threads”, to tag his targets (ev-20261026-004, ev-20261027-004).

Even Meta AI, which he tags in most of these posts, has told him to stop mass-mentioning people and to see a lawyer instead (ev-20261027-001).
