A Awarning about HR misconduct and due process Dinda Rhapsodya from Nomni Liven lam sharing this because workers deserve fairness, transparency, and basic respect. Iwas terminated during my probation period after only 21 working days. What made it worse was not only the termination itself, but how the process was handled. My concerns are simple: My termination appeared to happen without proper internal communication with my direct managers. When | asked for the reason, | was told that because it was probation, the company did not need to provide a specific explanation. While | was already in a formal employment dispute process with Disnaker Kabupaten ‘Tangerang, involving myself, Randy Gunawan, and Salsabila Meidiana Putri, | was later reported to the police instead of continuing the lawful dispute resolution path. Iwas allegedly mocked with words such as “anak anjing" and "kalau lu gila, gila sendiri aja," with a witness present. I believe the police report raises serious questions about legal procedure, good faith, and whether the process was being used to silence me rather than resolve the employment dispute properly. Jalso strongly reject the use of "woman" as a shield to avoid accountability. Gender should never be used to excuse unprofessional conduct. Respect goes both ways. This is not about attacking someone personally. This is about misconduct, due process, and the right of an employee to question an unfair process without being intimidated. HR should protect fairness, not weaponize fear. HR should mediate, not escalate unnecessarily. HR should build trust, not create trauma. When a company wants to enter the Indonesian market, it must respect Indonesian labor law, Indonesian institutions, and Indonesian workers. Professionalism is not shown by job titles. Professionalism is shown by how you treat people when they are vulnerable. | will continue to pursue this through lawful channels. Truth, documentation, and due process matter. #HRMisconduct #EmploymentLaw #LaborRights #DueProcess #WorkplaceAccountability #Professionalism #indonesiaEmploymentLaw #Disnaker #CorporateGovernance #EmployeeRights #HRAccountability #LegalProcess #WorkplaceEthics #Leadership #Rahmatwibowo
