Women in Male-Dominated Workplaces: Standing Tall with Integrity Dinda Rhapsodya @ i operatons Manager| Bi 6d ‘A reminder for every woman navigating the workplace, especially in male-dominated industries. Sometimes, being in a position where you have to deliver difficult messages, uphold policies, or simply do your job with integrity can put you in uncomfortable situations. Ihave personally experienced being targeted by false narratives, intimidation, and attacks that made me feel unsafe. Not because of my work, but because someone chose to create a story that was not the truth. ‘As women, we often become the easiest, targets because people assume we are the “weaker” ones. But what many forget is that behind every woman in the workplace is courage, resilience, and a commitment to stand for what is right. To all HR professionals, especially women working in male-dominated environments: Keep standing tall. Keep doing your work with integrity. Being the messenger does not make you responsible for someone else's anger or inability to accept accountability. And a special appreciation to the men who choose to stand beside women, who reach out, support, protect, and remind us that kindness and respect still exist. Your support means more than words can express. Real strength is not about who can hurt others the most. Real strength is having the courage to choose respect, empathy, and truth. May we continue creating a world where women do not have to prove their strength by surviving unfair treatment, but are valued, respected, and protected from the beginning. #WomenEmpowerment #WomenatWork ‘#Safety #Respect #Leadership #Humanity
