Ihave personally experienced being targeted by false narratives, intimidation, and attacks that made me feel unsafe. Not because of my work, but because someone chose to create a story that was not the truth. ‘As women, we often become the easiest, targets because people assume we are the “weaker” ones. But what many forget is that behind every woman in the workplace is courage, resilience, and a commitment to stand for what is right. To all HR professionals, especially women working in male-dominated environments: Keep standing tall. Keep doing your work with integrity. Being the messenger does not make you responsible for someone else's anger or inability to accept accountability.
