Unauthorized Use of Corporate Logos: A Pattern Worth Examining recently came across the landing page for Abil Sudarman’s “Career Blueprint Menjadi Manager” course (abilsudarman.com), which prominently displays the logos of KORIKA , UNESCO , Microsoft , Alibaba Cloud , Kominfo , Mekari, PLN Icon Plus, Pertamina Hulu Rokan , PT United Tractors Tbk, and Qiscus . This matters. Logos are not decorative elements. They are protected trademarks, and displaying them implies an endorsement or partnership that, per these organizations’ own statements, does not exist. For a course that markets itself around career credibility and trust, building that credibility on unauthorized brand associations undermines the very thing it claims to teach. Ihave documented this and will be following up through the appropriate channels. Organizations whose marks are used without consent deserve transparency, and so do the people paying for this course based on the credibility those logos project. If you work at any of the organizations named here and want to verify or respond, feel free to reach out. #BrandProtection #Trademarkinfringement #Accountability #IindonesiaTech #CorporateEthics
