Ihave ADHD and Bipolar Affective Disorder.
I've said this publicly. I've never hidden it.
‘And | have a psychiatrist's letter dated May
13, 2026 that says | am FIT TO WORK.
Stable. Cooperative. Oriented. No acute
psychotic symptoms. Capable of
independent daily functional activity.
Yet here's what happened in the communities
Iwas part of:
@ Someone told me | should “hang out with
ADHD, bipolar, and autistic people together”
because apparently that's where | “belong.”
He called us cacat (disabled/defective).
@ someone else joked about “volunteering
as tribute” when | shared my Professional
Blacklist newsletter,treating accountability as
entertainment.
@ | was removed from a WhatsApp group
mid-conversation. The last thing | sent was
“mas denis otw masuk.” Then: "Petra
Novandi removed you.”
@ | shared an AEGIS fraud analysis POF in
another group. Within minutes: a Spongebob
meme. Then silence.
@ in another group: someone said
“Scammer and Spammer, we won't miss you"
then removed me. My "crime"? Sharing
evidence of misconduct and standing for
accountability in indonesia’s tech ecosystem.
Here's what people misunderstand about
neurodivergence and psychiatric diagnoses:
AFIT TO WORK declaration doesn’t mean
“pretend you're neurotypical.”
It means | need reasonable accommodation,
not exclusion.
It means the organization adapts not the
disabled person performing a version of
themselves that’s palatable to others.
If your community removes someone the
moment they advocate for themselves
especially someone who is neurodivergent,
openly so, and medically cleared that’s not
community management.
That's ableism with an admin button.
