Transcript
am officially announcing my complete
professional blacklist of Liven company.
Ihave no knowledge or prior awareness of
Liven, which makes their recent approach
difficult to understand.
If they demonstrate genuine good faith and a
real willingness to engage, | will immediately
stop this on the bipartite level.
However, by choosing ego over respect and
continuing to belittle me while refusing to
take me seriously, they are putting their own
reputation and headcount at real risk.
Professional relationships must be built on
mutual respect and transparency. When
companies fail to show basic courtesy, the
consequences are entirely on them.
| believe in clear boundaries and open
communication. if you have faced similar
situations in your career, feel free to share
your thoughts below.

Sometimes | forget to pause and
actually look at how far we've come.
Seeing Liven’s growth numbers today
made me sit for a second +
42% growth in 2 years.
Engineering up 38% year-over-year.
Sales growing fast.
New teams, new leaders, new energy
across the business.
‘And behind every percentage is an
actual human who decided to take a
chance on us. “®
‘As someone in Talent, that part never
becomes “just data” to me.
What's been even more exciting is how
we're growing.
Not just hiring fast for the sake of it —
but building smarter systems, better
processes, stronger teams, and using
Alin ways that genuinely help people
move better and faster... it honestly
feels like we're entering a completely
different era of work.
And the fun part?
We're still early @
‘And somewhere in the middle of all this,
growth, | also quietly passed my 2 year
work anniversary back in April @
Didn't get a chance to properly say it
then, but genuinely grateful for this
#workmilestone and for the people |
