Steven Nataniel Kodyat has been my main harasser While dealing with this personal situation, | reviewed his undergraduate thesis submitted to Institut Teknologi Bandung in July 2023. The work is titled Automatic Scaling with Flexible Control based on Predictive Model using Time Series for Kubernetes Resource Efficiency on Elastic Search Pods. ‘Two clear issues stand out in the document: He did not sign the Letter of Academic Integrity statement. The page contains only his printed name at the bottom with no signature from the author himself. There is also something clearly off in the technical description. The hardware section lists an Apple M1 Chip, yet the software environment is recorded as Darwin AMD64 on macOS Monterey 12.6. This does not add up. Apple M1 chips use ARM architecture, while AMD64 refers to x86_64 architecture used by Intel-based systems. An M1 machine should show arm64, not amd64. Such a basic inconsistency in the implementation chapter raises serious doubts about the accuracy and originality of ‘the work involving Kubernetes and Elastic Search. ‘Academic submissions must be honest and precise. These problems make me question the integrity of the entire thesis. am sharing this because silence helps no one.
