Rahmat Wibowo announced on LinkedIn that he had been fired from AWS, admitting that he had breached the code of conduct by sharing internal matters on social media, such as a Medium article on getting hired written 'as if I was an HR of AWS' and a talk with AWS attributes without an internal speaker certification, and writing 'this is my fault and I take a responsibility'. This is the post that started it all: he went on to spend the next three years blaming AWS and the people who talked about his dismissal.

I'm taking a career break
Hey, sorry to disappoint you guys. So for those of you, who asking what
happens to me recently. I got fired, haha. Yeah I recently got fired from
AWS. I was shocked also because I get it without warning letter. Just, got
message from manager and meeting with HR to return all company asset.
What is the cause??
I bridge the code of conduct by sharing internal things in social media,
like writing a medium for example in getting hired as if i was an hr of
aws, talking to the crowd, although a private session with aws attributes
although I didn't have an internal speaker certification, etc.
Do I feel sad about it??
No, because this is my fault and I take a responsibility. Do you know what
my first response when I heard the news? I just straight to accept it. No
evasion, no refusal, no anger, no sadness. You see one of my value is. If I
didn't add value to something, I prefer to quit. Do I regret sharing things
to others? No. Maybe I'm doing the right things by sharing with others.
But, I'm not doing things the right way.
