What this document is

A one-page certificate from the Duren Sawit Regional Special Hospital (RSKD Duren Sawit), run by the Jakarta provincial government, dated Jakarta, 8 October 2026, in the name of the hospital’s psychiatrist (SpKJ). It follows the certificate of 9 September 2026, which was valid for a visit on 9 October (doc-20260909-001).

The photo has been cleaned up so it no longer looks scanned: the paper tone is evened out, a finger at the top left and a folded corner at the top right have been removed, and the part of the hospital’s “Rumah Sehat untuk Jakarta — RSKD Duren Sawit” tagline that the fold hid has been retypeset. The wording is unchanged. A handwritten circled mark at the top is kept.

What it says

  • Patient: Tn. Rahmat Wibowo, his medical record number (covered here), date of birth 13 October 2001, male. The referral date is blank.
  • Not yet to be returned to the referring facility, because he still needs further treatment at RSKD Duren Sawit and further observation.
  • Plan for the next visit: change of dose; further action.
  • Validity: “for one visit with the diagnosis above”, on Saturday, 7 November 2026, although no diagnosis is written on the certificate. Pharmacy queue number 12.

Observations

  1. The same certificate, a month on. The wording is the same as on 9 September: he is kept under the hospital’s care instead of being sent back to the facility that referred him, and a change of dose is planned for the next visit.
  2. It is about continuing treatment. Like the September certificate, it says nothing about whether he can work, be questioned by the police or take part in a legal process. The certificate of 13 May 2026 declared him fit to work (doc-20260513-001).
  3. Possibly part of establishing his disability status. The certificate may be part of his effort to establish an official mental-disability status, which he relies on in his legal notices: his somasi of 24 October calls Steven Nataniel Kodyat’s refusal to meet him an obstruction of the rights of a person with a mental disability and asks that his disability count as an aggravating factor (doc-20261024-001), and his notice of 30 October to SawitPRO attaches his own health documents (doc-20261030-001).
  4. We doubt he follows his treatment. The certificate only shows that a visit was scheduled and, for the second month running, a change of dose planned. Nothing on it, or in anything he has published, shows that he follows his doctors’ recommendations, such as taking his medication regularly and as prescribed, and we have serious doubts that he does. Since the date of this certificate, this site has recorded at least 55 more of his posts and documents attacking, mocking or threatening people that we are aware of. This is our opinion: only his doctors can say whether he follows their advice.

Rahmat published his medical documents himself and cites them in his complaints and legal notices. This page does not assess his health, and nothing here is meant to belittle mental illness.
