Analysis

What this document is

A “Detail Surat” (letter details) sheet from the registry of the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) at Police Headquarters. It records an incoming letter, not a reply. Rahmat Wibowo posted the photo on Threads in the same post as the South Jakarta police’s invitation to him (doc-20260930-001).

Observations

  1. It shows receipt, not agreement. The sheet records that the letter arrived, got an agenda number, and was passed on to the Head of Bareskrim (Kabareskrim) the same day it was sent. Nothing on it says whether the request was approved, refused or answered.
  2. The sender is Rahmat’s company. PT Infrastruktur Digital Nusantara is the company named in the letterhead of the complaints he writes (“Rahmat Wibowo | Infraloka Legal Research | PT Infrastruktur Digital Nusantara”). The book is presented as a citizen’s guide to criminal and civil law and legal notices (somasi) in Indonesia.
  3. The same agency is on the receiving end of his complaints. The Bareskrim is the addressee of the complaint letter he wrote on 11 September 2026 (ev-20260911-001), and on 2 October 2026 he announced that he had reported Ferry Irwandi (ev-20261002-001). This request was sent six days after the South Jakarta police dated its invitation to him as a reported party, but the Bareskrim sheet does not mention that case.
  4. Handwriting. After “KABARESKRIM” a handwritten arrow points to a note that looks like “Lt 17.” It is not explained on the sheet; if it is a floor number, it is an internal routing note.
  5. Part of the page is covered. A “SOUND ON” sticker hides the lower right, where a date and signatory would normally be; only fragments (“…026”, “ZA…”, “BR…”) can be seen.
