Analysis

What this document is

A 15-page Aduan Masyarakat (public complaint), numbered 068/ADUAN/RW/09/2026 and dated Jakarta Selatan, 21 September 2026, from Rahmat Wibowo as the “Pelapor” to the chief of the Jakarta regional police (Kapolda Metro Jaya). Rahmat posted it on Threads from his alias @mujaddidlagi. Page 1 is a photo of a printed copy; the other pages are screenshots. His own details in section I and his signature on page 15 are covered with stickers: “PUSING KAN LU?” (“Confused, aren’t you?”), a SpongeBob captioned “yang bro rasakan” (“what you’re feeling, bro”) and a chef’s-kiss emoji. Pages 1–13 and 15 have been found; page 14, which would hold the last attachments (B-13 to B-16), has not.

What it says

  • The reported parties.
    • T-1, Aidityas Adhakim, whom he describes as an administrator of the “Gen AI Labs” Discord server.
    • T-2, Raymond Chin, owner of that server and, by Rahmat’s account, organiser of IdeaFest 2026.
    • T-3, Abil Sudarman, an IdeaFest speaker.
    • T-4, Felix Siauw, Veren Ornela and Akhmad Steivano (Koiyo Cabe), members of “ESCAPE”, who were promoted as a draw for the event.
    • T-5, the owner of the X account @lucaxyzz, whose identity he says is unknown. In June Rahmat himself named that account as Luca Cada Lora (ev-20260612-009).
    • T-6, the unknown man who allegedly choked him.
    • K, the organisations behind the Discord server and IdeaFest, whose legal form he says he does not know.
  • The charges.
    • Defamation, slander or minor insult against T-1, under the new Criminal Code (Articles 433, 434, 436 jo. 441) or, as an alternative, the ITE Law (Article 27A jo. 45).
    • Intimidation through an electronic system against T-5 (ITE Law, Article 29 jo. 45B), with T-1’s role to be examined.
    • Assault against T-6 (Article 466), with T-3’s role to be examined.
    • Participation by T-3, T-2 and T-1 (Articles 20–21).
    • Fraud against T-2 and T-4 (Article 492).
    • Corporate liability against K (Articles 45–49).
  • The claimed loss. Rp1,170,700 for two IdeaFest ticket orders and Rp905,681 for a psychiatric visit on 9 September, Rp2,076,381 in total, plus psychological harm left to the police or court to assess.
  • Requests. That the police register and investigate the complaint, summon T-1 to T-6, identify the organisations and the owners of @lucaxyzz and @KawalRahmatwi, obtain the JCC CCTV and attendance data, order a medical examination (visum et repertum) and a forensic psychiatric examination, and protect him as a person with a mental disability, including his home address.
  • Evidence. Sixteen attachments, B-01 to B-16. Those shown on the collected pages are two X threads, the profiles of Aidityas Adhakim, Raymond Chin’s Discord invitation, the ESCAPE website, a Wikipedia entry for Koiyo Cabe, the IdeaFest session page and two Loket receipts.

Observations

  1. Six words. The defamation charge against Aidityas Adhakim rests on one reply on X, on 25 May 2026: “Udah cek kelakuannya disini bang? @KawalRahmatwi” (“Have you checked his behaviour here, bro? @KawalRahmatwi”), with 606 views. In August Rahmat sent a somasi demanding Rp533 million over a similar reply pointing readers to the same account (doc-20260828-004).
  2. The “threat” is about a police report. The complaint quotes Luca’s post of 12 June only as “…Sampai jumpa di polda jabar, gue tau alamat lu di jatiasih” (“…See you at Polda Jabar, I know your address is in Jatiasih”). The full post, in his own evidence B-02 (page 9), says many people had messaged Luca wanting to contribute to a collective report against Rahmat, including a lecturer he had sent a somasi. The post quoted Rahmat’s own question to Grok: “in terms me vs @lucaxyzz am i the victim?”
  3. “Damn”. Aidityas’s second alleged act is a one-word reply, “Damn”, under that post. The complaint asks the police to examine whether it amounts to taking part in intimidation.
  4. Removed from Discord for spam. By his own account, he told Aidityas that he has a mental disability whose symptoms include impulsiveness and “info dumping” and that a promotion channel had been set up for that purpose. He was still removed from the server as “meresahkan” (“disruptive”) and for “spam”, and was later removed again. The complaint presents this as a failure to protect a member with a disability.
  5. Tickets he says he could not use, at an event he says he attended. The fraud charge says his tickets were “tidak terpakai/tidak dapat Pelapor manfaatkan” (“unused / could not be used”) and that he was not refunded. The same complaint says he was choked at IdeaFest at JCC. His letter to IABA four days later says he attended the event and lists three ticket orders, Rp1,524,300 in total, including one from 23 August that is not claimed here (doc-20260925-001).
  6. Fraud by appearing on a poster. Felix Siauw, Veren Ornela and Koiyo Cabe are reported for fraud because the bundle he bought was called “IdeaTalks Day 3 X ESCAPE OFF AIR” (B-08, B-09, B-11). In his own table of intent (page 7), he marks their intent and any deception as “belum terbukti” (“not yet proven”).
  7. The choking and Abil. The only link between the man who allegedly choked him and Abil Sudarman is evidence B-13, a screenshot captioned “Timnya Abil Sudarman Yang Mencekik Rahmat Wibowo” (“Abil Sudarman’s team choking Rahmat Wibowo”). In his IABA letter the same caption comes from posts by @ceogenz_reborn, which this site’s home page lists as one of Rahmat’s accounts (doc-20260925-001). His own table again marks Abil’s knowledge and intent as “belum terbukti”.
  8. The date of the choking. The complaint does not say when the choking happened. It says that “after the incident”, on 9 September, he went to the psychiatric clinic at RSKD Duren Sawit. His IABA letter puts the choking on 9 September and says he reported it separately as 057/ADUAN/RW/09/2026. The hospital’s certificate for that visit was printed at 11:03 on 9 September (doc-20260909-001).
  9. Reported again. If the IABA letter is right, the choking was already the subject of complaint 057, and this complaint reports it again under a new number.
  10. What happened next. The day the complaint is dated, Aidityas Adhakim joked on X about finally sharing a stage with Raymond Chin, Luca and Felix Siauw “but I’m number 1”. The next day Rahmat, through his alias @matcha_weeb, called him a “suspected Homo floresiensis surviving in modern times” and told him to “feel Rahmat Wibowo’s somasi” (ev-20260922-001).
  11. Numbering. This complaint is number 068 and dated 21 September. His letter to IABA, number 061, is dated 25 September, and complaint 063 is dated 11 September (doc-20260911-001), so the numbers do not follow the dates.
  12. Not shown to have been received. The collected pages show no receipt (STPL), stamp or agenda number from the police.

Legal references were not checked against official texts. Rahmat published his diagnoses and medical documents himself and cites them in this complaint. This page does not assess his health, and nothing here is meant to belittle mental illness.
