Analysis
What this document is
An 18-page Chinese version (中文版) of Rahmat Wibowo’s legal notice 065/SOMASI/RW/IX/2026 to Gatot Gunarso, dated Sunday, 20 September 2026. It calls itself “document 3 of 3”: the Indonesian original and the English version (doc-20260920-001) were issued separately, and the Indonesian prevails in case of discrepancy. All 18 pages have been found.
What it says
The same as the English version (doc-20260920-001), in Chinese:
- the same recipients: Gatot Gunarso, with copies to KORIKA’s chair Hammam Riza, Beihang University and the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing;
- the same Threads reply and WhatsApp messages from the account “孔明”, which Rahmat identifies as Gatot’s;
- the same Indonesian and Chinese legal provisions, with the Chinese laws quoted in the original and with pinyin;
- the same damages of Rp533,333,334;
- the same deadline, Wednesday, 23 September 2026, 09:00 WIB (10:00 Beijing time);
- the same escalation to a police report, a civil suit, wanted-person status, Interpol and an extradition request from China;
- the same ethics report to Beihang University (No. 066/PENGADUAN/RW/IX/2026);
- the same five exhibits, A-1 to A-5.
Observations
- Written for Chinese readers, not for Gatot. Gatot Gunarso is Indonesian, as is Rahmat, and the notice itself says so. A Chinese version is for readers in China: Beihang University, to which a copy and an ethics report are sent, and the authorities he threatens to involve.
- The same omissions. Like the English version, it says Rahmat only stated that he could complain to the DPR. It does not quote his own messages shown in exhibits A-4 and A-5: “masuk leaderboard saya”, “masuk professional blacklist”, “bisa saya aduin ke dpr” and “tinggal lapor polisi mens rea dah terbukti pasal sudah jadi”. See the English version for the full analysis (doc-20260920-001).
