Analysis
What this document is
Part of a 26-page legal notice (somasi) from Rahmat Wibowo to “Saudara Darwin Sie”, over “a series of acts” by the anonymous account “cungpret-1” on the anonymous professional forum Fomo on 24 and 25 May 2026. It was shown in a screen recording posted as an Instagram Reel, where the screen carries the label “rahmatwi_ · Original audio”. The screenshot catches the lower part of page 1 and the upper part of page 2, under the running page number “Halaman 1 dari 26”. The letter’s number and date are not visible, so it is dated here only as after 25 May 2026.
The opening paragraph of page 1 was hidden behind the Instagram profile picture and label and could not be recovered, so our copy of page 1 starts at the paragraph after it. Page 2 is cut where the Instagram buttons begin. The wording is unchanged.
What it says
- Why personally. He sends the somasi personally as the victim, without a lawyer, “in good faith giving the chance of an amicable settlement before I take the criminal and civil route”.
- I.A. The complainant. Rahmat Wibowo, of Kota Bekasi, “a Person with a Mental Disability, medically diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD (medically documented)”, and so protected by Law 8/2016 on Persons with Disabilities.
- I.B. The respondent and the “circumstantial identification”. “cungpret-1” is an anonymous account, labelled “Bank Mega”, a company label he says the platform assigns at random. He says “a series of mutually consistent (convergent) clues” points “reasonably and strongly” to Darwin Sie as its owner:
- Digital footprint. LinkedIn’s “Who’s viewed your profile” showed “Darwin .”, “Information Security Lead at Hana Bank | CISSP | ITIL”, viewing his profile about 28 minutes before, or close to, the time of a cungpret-1 post saying “gw ikutin semuanya dari X, IG, sampe ke linkedin postnya ini” (“I followed everything from X, IG, down to this LinkedIn post”) with a link to his LinkedIn post (exhibits B-01, B-02, B-05).
- Profession and diction. The account writes with the authority of a senior IT or security practitioner (“I will never trust him with the production level system”; “circle IT itu kecil btw, gw akan makesure kolega2 gw tau, jadi lu ga bakal bisa masuk ngacak2 production system manapun”, “the IT circle is small btw, I’ll make sure my colleagues know, so you won’t get in to mess up any production system”) and speaks as a boss or manager. He says this matches Darwin’s job and his LinkedIn self-description as a “Cybersecurity Leader, with 15+ years of experiences” (B-03, B-05, B-12, B-14).
- Age and internet background. The account says it lived through “era kaskus BB18 & Fight Club … MIRC, yahoo messenger, friendster, facebook, kaskus, dan reddit”, and another user replied “kayanya Nder udah pegang internet sebelum Mamat lahir” (“looks like you were online before Mamat was born”). He reads this as an age over 40, matching Darwin’s profile (B-13, B-18).
- A “wellness” vocabulary. The account talks about “team harmony”, emotional stability and “unstable emotion”, which he says matches Darwin’s public persona as a “#TransformWithST Wellness & Wealth Coach” with the slogan “AWET MUDA, PERCAYA DIRI, HIDUP BERMAKNA” (B-04, B-05, B-07).
- “Based on the convergence of the clues above, I am sending this Somasi to you. If you consider this identification wrong, you are given the chance to clarify as set out in Section XI.”
- II. The acts.
- Act 1, 24 May 2026, the post “Pantesan kena pecat” in the sub-forum f/KawalRahmatWibowo. Quoted in part: “POV klo gw jadi atasan dia: ini anak chaos abis, ga bakal bisa diatur. instead of bringing harmony to the team, he will break the existing team.” “udah gitu klo ga pake AI ga bisa kerja, I will never trust him with the production level system.” “ga akan bisa kerja di logo gede ni bocah … mana mampu dia” “plus gw denger dia juga ngata2in ibu hamil AWS” “udah skill minus, attitude minus, pantesan kena pecat.” Roughly: if I were his boss, this kid is total chaos and can’t be managed; he can’t work without AI; he’ll never work at a big-name company; plus I heard he insulted a pregnant woman at AWS; no skills, no attitude, no wonder he got fired. About 518 views, 25 reactions and 7 comments (B-01, B-05, B-06).
- Act 2, 24 May 2026, the accusation of “leaking confidential information”, in the comments of the same post: “malah gw denger2 lu bocorin confidential info dari company2 sebelumnya. gw klo jadi manajer uda pasti gw pecat anak bermasalah gini.” “Good Luck btw, lu baru saja kehilangan reputasi di salah satu circle IT gw. ini bukan harrassment yee, bukan threat, lu yang merusak reputasi lu sendiri.” Roughly: I even heard you leaked confidential info from previous companies; if I were your manager I’d definitely fire a problem kid like this; good luck, you just lost your reputation in one of my IT circles; this isn’t harassment or a threat, you ruined your own reputation. He calls this “a serious, specific and untrue accusation of disgraceful conduct, spread to the public without a single piece of evidence, based only on ‘gw denger2’ (I heard)” (B-14).
Observations
- A name for an anonymous account, from a profile view. Rahmat accepts that “cungpret-1” is anonymous and that its company label was assigned at random. His case that Darwin Sie wrote it rests on one LinkedIn profile view about 28 minutes before a post, a security job at a bank, an apparent age over 40 and the use of words such as “harmony” and “unstable emotion”. He sends a 26-page somasi on that basis, and asks the recipient to “clarify” if it is wrong.
- Not the first time. He has named other people as the authors of anonymous accounts before: Bernadeta Elie as an anonymous Fomo user (ev-20260617-014), and Aqilah Saffanah and Petra Barus as the people behind an anonymous “awas” account (ev-20260613-012). He had also complained that Fomo itself was operating without a legal entity or registration (ev-20260728-037).
- “Without a single piece of evidence, based only on ‘I heard’.” He objects that the comment about leaking confidential information rests only on hearsay. His own identification of the writer rests on clues he calls circumstantial.
- The pregnant woman at AWS. One line he quotes as harmful is “plus gw denger dia juga ngata2in ibu hamil AWS” (“plus I heard he insulted a pregnant woman at AWS”). In 2023 he posted an Instagram Story cursing a pregnant former colleague’s unborn child to be born autistic, tagging AWS User Group Jakarta and Amazon Web Services (ev-20230901-001).
- His own national ID number, in a Reel. He printed his full national ID number (NIK) in a letter he then showed on Instagram.
- Not shown to have been sent. The pages found have no proof of delivery, no address for the recipient and no number or date.
