Psychiatric certificate of 13 May 2026 declaring Rahmat Wibowo fit to work

What this document is

The middle part of a medical certificate about Rahmat Wibowo. The letterhead, the title and the signature are not in the image he posted, and he greyed out the medical record number and the name of the facility. He has quoted this certificate in his own posts, calling it a psychiatrist’s letter of 13 May 2026 (ev-20260616-002).

What it says

• Visit: an outpatient visit on 13 May 2026.
• History, based on anamnesis, clinical observation, treatment history and psychiatric evaluation: bipolar affective disorder with depressive, manic and hypomanic episodes; ADHD; a history of sleep disorder; and impaired concentration and attention.
• Medication history: aripiprazole and Prohiper.
• Current state: stable; cooperative; well oriented; no acute psychotic symptoms; able to communicate and carry out daily activities independently.
• Conclusion: “Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi medis saat ini, pasien dinyatakan FIT TO WORK.”

Observations

1. He cites it to say he is fit to work. In June 2026 he quoted it in a post that described his removals from community groups as “ableism with an admin button” (ev-20260616-002).
2. It does not say he cannot be questioned. In his complaint to Propam he argues that the police should not question him without a doctor’s consideration, because only his doctor knows whether his condition allows it (doc-20261014-001). This certificate, issued two months before his first police invitation, says he is stable, cooperative, well oriented, able to communicate and to function independently, and fit to work. It does not address police questioning either way.

Rahmat published these medical documents himself and cites them in his complaints. This page does not assess his health, and nothing here is meant to belittle mental illness.
